MineRoad-Rapid is a rapid-setting, cementitious roadway repair mortar engineered for underground mining and tunnelling environments. Purpose-built for quick return-to-service in wet or water-nuisance areas and where conventional concrete mixing equipment is unavailable or impractical.Designed as a dry-blend to absorb standing water and achieve rapid early strength with little to no mixing, BMS MineRoad-Rapid can be used to reinstate potholes and mudholes, restore traction for foot, wheeled, and tracked traffic, and reduce operational delays.

  •  Rapid Set & Early Strength: Minimum operational downtime and quick traffic reinstatement.
  •  Water-Tolerant Placement: Pour directly into standing water; typically only light agitation needed.
  •  High Flow or Trowel-Finishable: Consistency to suit pothole and mudhole infilling and surface profiling.
  •  Simple Application: No batching plant required.

Typical Applications

  •  Rehabilitation of underground mine roadways, travel-ways, and sump approaches.
  •  Filling potholes, rills, depressions, and persistent wet/slippery areas (“mudholes”).
  •  Spot-level corrections at intersections, boot-wash areas, and equipment parks.
