Ready-to-use dry powder with alkali-resistant glass fibres to mitigate plastic shrinkage cracking. Formulated as a sprayed mortar for wet-mix/wet-spray placement in mining, tunnelling, and civil construction applications.

Technical Data

Note: The stated UCS and flexural strength values are typical of in-house testing conducted on 50 mm cubes and 40 × 40 × 160 mm prisms, respectively, mixed using Toowoomba Regional Council potable water at a 0.150:1 water-to-solids (w:s) ratio, cast in steel moulds, and submerged-cured at 23°C. Performance-based properties, such as strength, gel time, and bleed, are highly dependent on w:s ratio, mixer and pump type, addition of admixtures, and end-user application.
